Ordering Policy
A 50% deposit is required to place an order and before work can commence. The balance is due on completion of the order, prior to delivery or shipping. We accept major credit cards.
Delivery Policy
We will deliver and install all the furniture we build. We will call the day we begin your order and again when your order is completed at which time we will confirm a delivery date and arrange payment for the balance. Pool tables not personally delivered by GCB will include a minimum $500 crating fee. Shipping charges will be quoted on a per crate basis at your request. All parts returned for repair or replacement must have shipping prepaid. No freight collect.
Limited Warranty
Grizzly Creek Billiards, LLC. warrants to the original purchaser that if any defects in material or workmanship of the cabinetry appear during a period of ONE YEAR after the date of delivery, GCB, at their option, will repair or replace the defective part or parts with no charge to the customer. This one-year warranty does not include bed cloth or cushion cloth, GCB warrants that the cloth, when provided by GCB, is to be free from defects at the date of installation only.
Parts which have been subjected to accident, alteration, abuse, misuse and neglect shall not be covered by this warranty. Warranty does not apply if table is used in a commercial or institutional location unless the product is designed to commercial specifications.
If any repairs are made during this warranty period by anyone not approved by GCB warranty is limited to replacement of defective parts only. In addition the slate only is warranted as follows: Slate of 3/4" or more thickness is warranted for life of the original owner provided it was installed by GCB. Minor faults which are inherent to the nature of slate, such as surface hairline cracks or chips will be only repaired and not replaced by this warranty.
Any table ordered unfinished will be delivered without warranty and GCB will not be liable for any finish work not done by us in our shop. We will gladly accept & match properly labeled and identified stain samples provided to us. We will also apply stain provided to us by clients or their representatives once a sample has been approved IN WRITING with date and sample matched. No exceptions.
